The F520 supports blood glucose monitoring, helping users follow glucose trends through the watch and app. This function is intended for daily health reference and is not a medical diagnostic tool.

Shipping cost and transit time

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. It can take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or delivered on Holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Can I Amend My Order?

We work super quickly at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this you may not be able to make amendments. However, please email us as soon as possible at service@carelders.com to see if it is possible to amend your order.

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you have placed your order within 24 hours, please email service@carelders.com and we can cancel your order for you and issue you a full refund. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order after 24 hours as our warehouse will have processed your order.

I Have Entered An Incorrect Address!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please email us ASAP at service@carelders.com and provide your new address.

What If My Parcel Is Delayed?

On very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by customs, which, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.

Will My Items Come Together?

We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! 🙂

Do I Need To Pay Custom Fees?

In most cases, customs fees do not apply. In some rare cases, you may be charged handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, Carelders has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Can I Return My Order?

If you would like to return your order, please email to arrange a return. Our refund policy lasts 30 days so please let us know within 30 days of receiving the item if you would like to return it.

My Item Arrived Damaged!

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, email us and provide:

Warranty

"This warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

During this period, if the product does not function as advertised or is found to be defective, the manufacturer (Carelders) will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water, fall or improper handling of the smartwatch.

To claim this warranty, the customer must provide proof of purchase and contact the manufacturer (Carelders) for instructions on how to proceed. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product."

To make a claim under this warranty, the customer should follow the following steps:

Gather all necessary information and documents, including proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, and other relevant documents.

Contact Carelders customer service to inform them of the problem and provide the required information and documents. The customer service representative will assist the customer in determining whether the product is covered under warranty and provide instructions on how to proceed with the claim.

Follow the customer service representative's instructions, which may include returning the product to Carelders for inspection or repair. The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs associated with returning the product.

Once Carelders has received the product and verified that it is under warranty, they will repair or replace the product and return it to the customer. If the product is repaired, it will be returned to the customer in good working condition. If the product is replaced, it will be replaced with a new or refurbished product of the same model.
