How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Can I Amend My Order?

We work super quickly at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this you may not be able to make amendments. Can I Cancel My Order?

If you have placed your order within 24 hours, please email service@carelders.com and we can cancel your order for you and issue you a full refund. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order after 24 hours as our warehouse will have processed your order.

What If My Parcel Is Delayed?

Will My Items Come Together?

We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! 🙂

Do I Need To Pay Custom Fees?

In most cases, customs fees do not apply. In some rare cases, you may be charged handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). "This warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

During this period, if the product does not function as advertised or is found to be defective, the manufacturer (Carelders) will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water, fall or improper handling of the smartwatch.

To claim this warranty, the customer must provide proof of purchase and contact the manufacturer (Carelders) for instructions on how to proceed. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product."

To make a claim under this warranty, the customer should follow the following steps:

Gather all necessary information and documents, including proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, and other relevant documents.

Contact Carelders customer service to inform them of the problem and provide the required information and documents. The customer service representative will assist the customer in determining whether the product is covered under warranty and provide instructions on how to proceed with the claim.
